Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition — unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and take appropriate action, including replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with UAE consumer protection laws, certain items are not eligible for return:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
• Customized or personalized items
• Personal care items (e.g., beauty and hygiene products)
• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you must first return the original item, and then place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, under EU consumer law.

Items must be in their original, unused condition, with tags and packaging, and must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
